1. Proof of Identity (POI): Aadhaar Card / Voter ID / Passport / Driving License / Ration Card with photo.
2. Proof of Address (POA): Aadhaar Card / Utility Bill (Electricity/Water) / Bank Passbook / Rent Agreement.
3. Proof of Date of Birth (DOB): Birth Certificate / 10th Marksheet / Aadhaar Card / Passport.
4. Passport Size Photographs: Two recent color photos.
5. Active Mobile Number & Email ID.
Step-by-Step Procedure (आवेदन प्रक्रिया):
1. Open Protean NSDL Form 49A Application Portal.
2. Select Application Type: 'New PAN - Indian Citizen (Form 49A)'.
3. Select Category: 'Individual'.
4. Fill Title, Last Name, First Name, DOB, Email & Mobile Number.
5. Complete Token Registration & proceed to Application Form.
6. Choose e-Sign / Paperless Aadhaar e-KYC mode.
7. Enter Father's Name, Income Details & Address.
8. Upload Documents / Photo / Signature PDF.
9. Pay ₹107 fee online via UPI/Credit Card/Netbanking.
10. Save Acknowledgment Slip & track status online!
